SniperTech Inc reserves the right to change or modify these terms at its own discretion. If a change occurs it will be upon OwnedorNot to decide to contact you. It is recommended to overview the terms every so often.
to impersonate, abuse, harass, threaten or infringe the rights of other users;
to submit any content which violates any law or rights of any third party;
to try to manipulate another user to gain information such as but not limited to passwords;
to violate any law in your local area;
to advertise websites which contain no relation to OwnedorNot.com (This does not include the advertising websites forum);
to create multiple(more then one) account. A user requires only one account(This means one account per service, you are allowed to have a forum and website account);
to submit any material which is considered by SniperTech Inc to be pornography or material which is inappropriate;
to attempt to disrupt one or more of the SniperTech Inc services;
Your account will be terminated if any of those obligations are broken.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
SniperTech Inc understands your right to your own material. Material reported as copyrighted will be looked into, the user who submitted the material will be contacted and will be asked for information about the material in question. After a conclusion has been made the material in question will be either removed or kept.
To report media as copyrighted you are required to click the "Report media as: Copyrighted" link and fill in the required information.
SniperTech Inc reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason (including by not limited to "no reason at all"). If any part of these terms are breached your account will be terminated.
LIABILITY & WARRANTY OF SNIPERTECH INC
Due to user submission of material SniperTech Inc or OwnedorNot.com holds no responsibility of material submitted. SniperTech Inc will attempt to make sure media submitted is in agreement to these terms. If material was to slip the system SniperTech Inc takes no responsibility. SniperTech Inc will help sort out any issues a user has with a certain material in question (including but not limited to, "copyrighted material").
SniperTech Inc takes no responsibility for any damages or loss of profits which resulted from using one or more of SniperTech Inc's services or if it is down, disabled or removed.
AGE
There is no direct age limit for which you may sign up. However If you are 13 years or under, it is recommended that you ask for your parents permission. If this is done or not it is a responsibility for you and only you. SniperTech Inc has no control over your personal life therefore is not responsible for anything that may come of it.
TRADEMARKS
OwnedorNot, Owned or Not, OwnedorNot.com and graphics, designs are trademarks of SniperTech Inc. Using these trademarks in such a way which may but not limited to "confuse users about OwnedorNot" is also against these terms. Other trademarks, names or submitted material is the property of its rightful owner.
FUN
If you are using one or more of SniperTech Inc services and are not getting some sort of enjoyment from it you are in breach of these terms. If your method of fun is in breach of one or more of the above terms you are also in breach of these terms.
